The Mammut Sports Group named Anders Kjellen and Andy Ernst to its European management team. While Kjellen will start as the new CEO of Mammut Norway – the home country of Anjungilak sleeping bags – in January, Ernst has already begun his work at the Swiss head office in Seon.


Kjellen, 31, will start as the new CEO for Norway, starting in January 2012. He has been working for the Norwegian Gresvig group since 1999 where he held several positions, at last as sales director for the leading sports retailer G-Sport. Kjellen possesses vast experience in leadership and personal development and is enthusiastic about outdoor sports. His predecessor John Grimsen moves on after eight years in the company.


Ernst, 37, has taken the role of head of sales division – Europe. For the last seven years, he has been working for Under Armour in the Netherlands where he held the position of senior sales manager – Europe. He is successing Dietmar Keuschnig, who has left Mammut earlier this year.
