Lululemon Athletica was the only company in the active lifestyle space to land in the Top 10 of Glassdoor’s Annual Ranking of the 100 Best Places To Work in the U.S., coming in at No. 8. Other companies in the industry landing on the list include Vans, 36; REI, 48; and Nike, 49.

The winners of the 13th annual Employees’ Choice Award from the job and recruiting site are determined based on anonymous feedback from employees who complete a company review about their job, work environment and employer over the past year.

The winners are ranked according to their overall rating achieved during the past year. The ratings are based on a five-point scale, with 5.0 being highest, or “very satisfied.” The actual calculations extend beyond the thousandth decimal point.

Among the company’s in the active lifestyle space, Lululemon earned a rating of 4.5; Vans, 4.4;  REI, 4.3; and Nike, 4.3.

The Top 10 were Bain & Company, NVIDIA, In-N-Out Burger, HubSpot, McKinsey & Company, Google, Delta Air Lines, Lululemon, Microsoft, and H-E-B.
