Lululemon promoted two members of its senior leadership team to EVP positions. Susan Gelinas was named chief people and culture officer, and Shannon Higginson was appointed chief legal and compliance officer.
Gelinas joined Lululemon in 2011 with increasing responsibilities. She has held the roles of SVP, people & culture; VP, health & wealth and director, health & wealth. Before joining Lululemon, she was a senior consultant at Towers Watson.
Higginson joined Lululemon in 2011 as one of two Lululemon’s legal team members and, most recently, was the SVP, general counsel and chief compliance officer. Today, she oversees legal affairs and compliance globally, leading a team of nearly 60 employees. Before joining Lululemon, Higginson worked as the senior counsel of Canadian telecommunications company Telus and was previously an associate at a Vancouver-based law firm.
