Light & Motion, a U.S. manufacturer of performance self-contained lighting, has added two new team members—Daniel Delehanty and Tom Brady—to its leadership team, heading up the management of its worldwide sales and marketing efforts.

Delehanty, who has come on board as VP of sales, led and grew BMC North America and later was managing director of Focus North America.

Brady, who joins as VP of marketing, has led such brands Smith Optics, Backhill Snowboarding (a division of Burton), Gravis Footwear, O’Neill Inc., Skullcandy and Speck Products.
