Li Ning Group Limited, one of the leading sports brand enterprises in China, reported strong double-digit revenue and earnings growth for this fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2007, led by sales of its eponymous brand.
Overall, the company saw revenues grow 36.7% to RMB4.35 billion ($572mm) for the fiscal year. Accounting for 97.6% of the total revenue, LI-NING branded sales surged 34.0% to RMB4.24 billion ($558mm).
Profit attributable to equity holders rose by 60.6% to RMB474 million ($62.4mm). Earnings per share were 45.83 RMB cent.
