Prior to Bell, he worked at Giro for six years as Manufacturing Process Engineer, where he was instrumental in the creation of the Giro snow category, and worked on several of Giro cycling helmets.

At LEM, Baker will lead and oversee all global product management and development. From leading and managing helmet innovation and design to partnership relationships and advancements in technology, Baker will run point on category expansion and refinement as LEM builds towards the future.

“The LEM team has already launched some world-class cycling helmets this past year, and I am looking forward to helping bring continued success and growth to the cycling line, as well as preparing for the launch of a motorcycle helmet line,” said Baker.
