Outside magazine has added Terry Lavin to the sales team as account manager. Terry will join the magazine's New York-based staff and report to the Eastern advertising director, Skip Gilbert.

Most recently, Terry was the East coast sales director for Viacom, implementing cross-platform corporate sales programs for CBS, Infinity Radio, and Viacom Outdoor properties. Prior to that, he was Computer Retail Week's Los Angeles district manager before moving over to Ziff-Davis Smart Business Magazine in New York. Terry launched his career at FOX and FX Networks as manager, affiliate sales & marketing.

“We welcome Terry to the Outside team,” says Gilbert. “His wealth of experience in print, broadcast, and radio will be a valuable resource.”

Terry earned a B.A. in history from Loyola Marymount University and is an avid golfer and rugby player.
