L.A.B. Golf, the technology company behind Lie Angle Balance (L.A.B.) Putters, announced its executive leadership team, including appointing seasoned executive Robert Johnson as president.

Johnson’s addition comes as L.A.B. Golf sees 2025 as a tipping point for the adoption of Zero Torque putters and is bolstering its leadership team to accelerate innovation, expand market presence and deliver on its commitment to help golfers putt better.

Hahn’s unconventional background in music and entrepreneurialism drives L.A.B. Golf as a “disruptive force in the industry.” Under his leadership, the company reported that it has achieved “nearly 18,000 percent growth since 2018, solidifying its position as an innovator in putting technology.

Robert Johnson
President

With over 30 years of strategic growth and brand leadership experience, Johnson’s career included 17 years at TaylorMade, where he served as executive vice president and was marked by market repositioning and product innovation, culminating in the company’s acquisition. He has also led high-growth initiatives at mophie, a Zagg company, “turning it into a $200M business unit with a 40 percent increase in profitability.”

Weselak has been a driving force behind L.A.B. Golf’s financial success. Her leadership has guided the company through significant growth, leveraging her experience from Moss Adams LLP and Ninkasi Brewing Company.

With over 30 years of global operations and supply chain experience, Beal has played a crucial role in scaling businesses across markets in the U.S., China and Japan for brands including Nike, Intel, TaylorMade, Callaway, and Fujikura Golf.

Ryan Deiro
Chief Growth Officer

A former collegiate golfer, Deiro has spearheaded L.A.B. Golf’s sales expansion since 2022, scaling the sales team and driving record growth. Previously serving as director Of Emerging Markets at Ninkasi Brewing, Deiro’s strategic vision continues to push L.A.B. Golf into new markets and channels.
