Kombi Sports Inc. announced that it has appointed Nathalie Binda as global vice president of marketing and digital. She joins the company’s senior leadership team and will report to chief executive officer, Mark Pascal.

“Nathalie is a creative and innovative marketing talent in the Sport Industry. Her years of experience in the athleisure industry, paired with her retail experience makes her the ideal person to become part of the Kombi team,” said Pascal. “We are building strategy and structure for our plans for growth in Canada and Internationally. Nathalie fits in perfectly with our future objectives and my vision of a team-oriented family environment, where we can proactively be an inspiring leading winter accessory brand.’’

Binda joins Kombi from DavidsTea, where she served as VP, Marketing. Previously, Binda spent 12 years at Lolë, serving as the company’s vice president of brand and marketing. She created the athleisure Lolë brand back in 2005 for the Coalison group, developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies for brand building and sales growth. She also developed the unique international yoga event, the Lolë White Tour.

In conjunction with Kombi’s international growth strategy, Kombi has promoted Pierre Langlois currently Canadian sales director to the role of Kombi’s global vice-president of sales. “Pierre has brought creative, innovative and unique concepts to Kombi. His positive attitude and passion are contagious” stated Pascal. “Pierre has been with Kombi for almost 5 years and has tremendously contributed to the growth of the brand in Canada. As we grow, having Pierre head all global sales will definitely make a difference and contribute to our international growth. I look forward to working cohesively with Pierre and Nathalie to align our marketing and sales strategies in current markets as well as our aspirational markets going forward.”
