Kohls Department Stores is helping customers take a stand against breast cancer with Fila Sport athletic merchandise designed exclusively by Kohl’s for the Kohls Cares cause merchandise program.

Available now through the end of October, 100 percent of the net profit from all sales will be donated to support the fight against breast cancer.

The functional athletic apparel and accessories for men and women, are available for $5 or $10 each. All merchandise, from workout gear including tops, shorts, sports bras and socks to accessories such as hats, watches, water bottles and more, shows support in various shades of pink, white, and gray. In Wisconsin Kohl’s stores, the breast cancer cause merchandise has its own center aisle display where all items are located in one spot to make it easy for customers to support the cause.

“We are thrilled to add the Fila Sport athletic merchandise to the Kohl’s Cares offerings, especially during Breast Cancer Awareness Month,” said Julie Gardner, Kohls executive vice president and chief marketing officer. “We hope the stylish athletic gear will not only encourage people to stay healthy and exercise but also join together to support womens health by participating in local breast cancer walks and runs.”

Launched at Kohls in September 2010 and available year-round, 100 percent of the net profit from this cause merchandise program supports the fight against breast cancer. Kohl’s also supports womens health with a commitment of $7 million over three years to the American Cancer Societys Midwest Division and the Southeast Wisconsin Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure to support breast cancer research, education and patient-assistance programs.
