Randy Watson, president and CEO of Justin Brands, Inc. has become the company's CEO and chairman.

“Randy Watson is a prototype Berkshire manager,” said Warren Buffett, chairman of Berkshire Hathaway, Justin's parent company, in a statement. “He loves his company, his products and his associates. He also instinctively thinks like an owner and delivers on his promises. I wish he could stay CEO of Justin forever.”

Watson has appointed former senior vice president of sales and marketing, Jamie Morgan, as his successor in the role of president.

Herb Beckwith, CFO and senior vice president of finance, becomes Justins' new senior vice president of international operations.

“I am honored to have worked for John Justin and to have Mr. Buffett's blessing,” Watson said. “This company and its people continue to excite and motivate me. I have worked with Jamie for 30 years, and I respect his drive, his integrity and his understanding of the western industry. I know he will do a remarkable job leading these great brands into the future. Herb has been a key asset to our company for over 29 years. His expertise and understanding of how to execute our global initiatives will take Justin Brands to even greater heights.”
