The Coleman Company, Inc. has named a veteran consumer goods executive from its parent company Jarden Corp. as SVP of Sales for the Americas for its Coleman and Stearns brands.
Scott Henrikson will report to Interim President and CEO, Sam A. Solomon.
In his new position, Henrikson will direct the newly reorganized Sales team, which brings all Sales functions under his leadership. He is responsible for sales and distribution of new and existing Coleman®/Stearns® products across all channels.
Henrikson is a 20-year veteran of the consumer products industry and a seasoned Jarden Corporation sales executive who comes to Coleman with an outstanding track record of building sales teams and delivering exceptional results.
Most recently, he was VP of sales and marketing for food storage for the Appliance Division of Jarden Consumer Solutions (JCS). As SVP of sales for Jardens Tilia FoodSaver business, he led rapid retail sales growth and exceeded the companys EBITDA targets.
His career also includes positions of increasing responsibility at International Corporation, Newell Corporation, Corning Inc. and General Mills.

Henrikson will serve on the Coleman Senior Management Team in Wichita, and through direct reports will guide national accounts, field accounts, special markets, Stearns and sales operations. He is
responsible for new product and program introductions, sales channel analysis, sales plans and forecasts and strategic partner relationships.
