Altra’s newest limited edition shoe, the Torin 3.0 NYC, was released yesterday to celebrate the urban running scene in New York City. High reflectivity on the toe caps, laces, Altra logo and reflective “Run NYC” lettering on the heels allows you to run the city day or night.
Features include: a tongue with an Altra version of the NYC subway sign, the insole features a road pattern with “Run NYC”, the inner lining is a graphic of the Brooklyn Bridge, along with a gray speckled midsole for city street vibes.
Altra’s best-selling Torin road shoe features a quick-dry air mesh upper and an updated FootPod outsole that better maps the bones and tendons of your feet for natural flexibility. The Torin has a stack height of 28mm and a men’s sample weight of 8.4 ounces and a women’s sample weight of 6.5 ounces. This shoe is available for both men and women in the same sleek black/gray color scheme with New York highlights.
The Altra Torin 3.0 NYC is sold through a select number of Altra’s specialty running store retailers such as JackRabbit, Running Warehouse, Runner’s Block, Holabird Sports and Tread Lightly. The shoe will also be sold during the New York Marathon Expo at Altra’s Booth #523 and at AltraRunning.com.
