Honey Stinger introduces its Rapid Hydration Mix, an all-natural, three-part system to help athletes perform at their peak.

  2. With 50% more carb absorption than glucose alone, Perform gives the body a quick energy boost. It also supports mental focus with L-Theanine and replaces electrolytes due to sweat. It comes in Black Cherry or Mango Melon flavor, with 50 milligrams of caffeine from Guayusa.
  3. Recover replenishes fluid and electrolyte lost post-exercise, supports the immune system with Zinc and Elderberry, and contains key electrolytes for rebalancing. Flavors include Berry Defense or Tangerine. Best consumed within one hour of activity.
