The Highline Group announced that Rick Paterno will step down as CEO effective June 6 for personal reasons and to spend more time with his family. 

The company will be looking at both internal and external candidates to replace Mr. Paterno's position.

“I've thoroughly enjoyed my time at Highline,” said Rick Paterno, “I'm sad to leave, but feel that with the restructure complete, I am leaving the Group in an excellent position.

“Rick has been extremely effective these past 18 months in reorganizing our group and creating a strong platform for future growth,” said Roger Monks C.O.O / E.V.P, “We wish him all the best in his future endeavors.”
