Based in Vista, CA, Haro Bikes, a BMX and mountain bicycle manufacturer founded in 1978, hired Grasie Ooi as supply chain director for the brand’s global restructuring.
Ooi joined Haro Bikes in April, having previously worked for Blix Bicycles, Inc. as a project manager and later as the director of business operations and analytics. In two years with the company, Ooi led customer operations, warehouse operations, 3PL warehouse, order operations, demand/supply planning, logistics, and showroom. She also executed strategic initiatives, drove business performance, re-engineered process workflows, and created operations systems, tools and lean processes.
Ooi also worked for Fox Factory Holdings Corp. from 2003 through 2020. As Taiwan’s regional manager, she helped set up Fox Factory, Taiwan and established a sales operations team in the country. She oversaw sales operations in the OEM Bicycle Division and transitioned to the manager of global distributor planning and forecast in the following years.
