Randy Ronning, a director of GSI Commerce, Inc. resigned from the company's Board of Directors. Mr. Ronning was designated by QK Holdings, Inc., a stockholder of GSI, to serve as a director pursuant to an agreement between GSI and QK Holdings, Inc. John A. Hunter was elected to GSI's Board of Directors to serve as director of GSI until the company's next Annual Meeting of Stockholders and until his successor is elected. Mr. Hunter was designated by QK Holdings, Inc. to serve as a director of GSI and to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Mr. Ronning.
