Last week, in the midst of a school effort to clean the parking lot of profanity, a group of students at Brighton High School in Brighton, CO were asked by school administrators to cover the Grenade logo stickers on their cars as some people had been offended.

Reportedly, the students explained that the grenade images were simply logos for Grenade Gloves, and that a number of teachers even sported the sticker.

Late Tuesday afternoon, Principal John Binder said the Grenade stickers no longer needed to be covered and stated that “the kids did what we teach them to do … to speak up if they don’t think something is right … then a decision is made after good conversations with the kids.”
