GoLite has added two new sales groups; Don Coffey Associates and T. Anthony Group.

Starting immediately, Don Coffey Associates will cover the East Great Lakes territory (MI, IN, OH, KY).  DCA has been in business for 48 years with a combined experience of over 60 years.  The Coffey Associates call on accounts in the sporting goods, running specialty, and outdoor specialty channels as well as regional and national sporting goods chains and currently represent Speedo, M.J. Soffe, Trenway Textiles, and Mad Bomber.

“We decided to represent GoLite to round out our seasonal selling and be a part of the unique sustainable/high performance solution GoLite offers customers. Programs like the GoLite Index, a metrics-based approach to producing sustainable products, show that the company is leading the industry in many ways and is very well positioned for the future,” said Jack Coffey.

Tom Cronquist, now covering the South Central territory (TX, OK, LA, AR) for GoLite, brings over 40 years of experience from the consumer goods market and travel industry.  Mr. Cronquist has worked with companies such as Sony Corp, Pioneer Electronics, and Hartmann Inc.  In 2007 he started his own company, T. Anthony Group representing premium luggage, and sporting lines for Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, New Mexico, and Colorado.

Tom Cronquist stated, “I joined GoLite to be part of the solution facing our planet.  I wanted to represent a company that truly has a sustainable business model and a commitment to growth while continuing to make premium, high-performance products that serve the needs of outdoor athletes and adventure travelers worldwide.”

Kevin Volz, GoLite North American Sales Manager stated, “We are thrilled to welcome both of these agencies to our team.  They bring tremendous depth of sales experience to our field sales team and offer GoLite the opportunity to push into retail channels beyond core outdoor specialty. With an outstanding 42% growth for GoLite in 2009, I am confident the addition of these groups will further build that kind of success.”
