Global Surf Industries has signed with Olivier Gricourt and Delphine Ferran of OGS Surf Glassing in Capbreton, France as the first of its local-production agreements.

The program will run alongside the company’s centralized manufacturing operations that are part of its global supply chain that services around 73 countries through its existing network of wholly-owned subsidiaries and international distributors.

OGS Surf Glassing will produce and distribute a range of 7S and Modern surfboards throughout Europe. Olivier has spent the last 20 years manufacturing surfboards in France, Spain and Australia. Delphine has worked with leading hardware companies like Surf Hardware International (FCS) and Channel Islands.

Global Surf Industries said it will be announcing more local manufacturing collaborations in the future.
