Gear Coop and Adidas Outdoor on June 25 will present “Unite for Nepal,” with all event proceeds from ticket sales going directly toward earthquake relief efforts. The event will be held at Gear Coop in Costa Mesa, CA.

The centerpiece of the event is an athlete well known for making the impossible look effortless: world-class climber Kevin Jorgeson. Along with several other notable first ascents of difficult climbs both roped and unroped, Jorgeson is best known for teaming up with Tommy Caldwell on the first free ascent of the Dawn Wall in Yosemite National Park. Arguably the blankest big wall climb in the world, the duo topped out in January 2015 after 19 days of strenuous climbing. Jorgeson will present an exclusive talk and slideshow of the experience, sharing how he overcame seemingly insurmountable odds–and proving that we can, too.
