Gatorade officially confirmed the company’s sponsorship of the UofM vs. MSU rivalry rugby match next month.
Battle for the Mitten is set to take place Friday, October 19 at 7 p.m., the night before the UofM vs. MSU football game at Spartan stadium in East Lansing.
Josh Ressio, president of MSU Rugby and organizer of the Battle for the Mitten event, said, “We’re thrilled at the opportunity to partner with a such a respected name throughout sports. We look forward to growing this relationship to help benefit the sport of rugby and the Greater Lansing community.”
