Freemotion Fitness said that due to the recent announcement of a state of emergency in California, the ongoing global concerns and uncertainty over the spread of the Coronavirus, it has made the “difficult decision” to withdraw from IHRSA 2020 in San Diego.
Dan Toigo, senior vice president and managing director of Freemotion, said in a statement, “We believe it is important to act responsibly when considering the health & safety of all people – including our valued employees, global partners, and those with whom we associate. We’ve had a long-standing relationship with IHRSA and will continue to support them.”
Freemotion Fitness said it looks forward to attending other IHRSA events later in the year.
