Jeff Blakely, former Marmot Director of Equipment, has launched Jigsaw Pass, a design cycle consulting firm. Jigsaw Pass will work to create outdoor lifestyle, clothing, and equipment for manufacturers and ultimately aimed at the outdoor athlete.
The majority of Blakely’s career was spent working in the Research
Design and Development department at Marmot Mountain where he
specialized in the design and execution of sleeping bags, tents,
backpacks, outerwear and gloves.
Jigsaw consultants offer research and development, design details, time line development, department structures, Asian sourcing, fabrication findings, line planning, EN 13537 testing, costing arrangement and new category introductions.
