Island Company, a resort lifestyle retailer, has sued Pacific Sunwear of California Inc. and sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner for trademark infringement in federal court in South Florida, according to the news site Pagesix.com.

In its suit, Island Company alleges PacSun and the Jenners infringed on its trademark when they produced a shirt using the phrase “Run Away. Fall in love. Never return.”

The West Palm Beach, FL company has used the trademarked phrase “Quit your job. Buy a ticket. Get a tan. Fall in love. Never return” since 2005, the lawsuit alleges.

PacSun CEO Gary H. Schoenfeld has cited Kendall and Kylie as one of the retailers most successful young brands repeatedly since at least 2013.
