Flight Fit N Fun, a growing developer and operator of indoor active adventure parks, acquired 11 new locations through their recent purchase of Jumpstreet, an indoor adventure park operator with locations across the southern U.S.

“We are thrilled to bring Jumpstreet into our family of brands and look forward to working with all the parks to make this transition as smooth as possible. Our company has a legacy of quality attractions with a focus on the guest experience. We are very pleased to expand our offering and reach to our guests.” states Flight’s CEO Steve Yeffa.

This acquisition creates the largest exclusively company-owned indoor adventure company in North America. Jumpstreet’s brand will remain in place for the foreseeable future and the park’s management staffs will continue to manage their individual locations. This acquisition follows a string of others including, iSaute, a Canadian chain with five locations in Montreal and Quebec City.

David Benavidez, regional director of the Jumpstreet parks, said, “This has been an exciting time, and meeting the team at Flight has solidified that this transition is a positive move for our parks, one where we can continue to grow and offer superior service and fun for our guests.”

Flight Fit N Fun, founded in 2016, has 30 parks open and operating in 15 States and Canada. Flight is backed by Summit Partners. The parks feature trampolines, ninja warrior courses, dodgeball, climbing structures, laser mazes, ice skating and virtual reality games.
