Fleet Feet franchisee Billy Preston is opening a new Fleet Feet store in Prescott, AZ, with a grand opening this month.
Preston was introduced to Fleet Feet in 2016 when he joined a long run with a group in Charleston, SC. He started working for the Fleet Feet Mt. Pleasant store shortly after and, inspired by the experience, set his sights on opening a Fleet Feet franchise store of his own
“Opening this store in Prescott is a culmination of years of passion for the running community and Fleet Feet,” said Preston. “I’ve seen firsthand how Fleet Feet changes lives, whether through finding the perfect fit for someone’s unique needs or helping them achieve goals they never thought possible. I’m thrilled to bring this experience to Prescott.”
The store location in downtown Prescott is also close to the main square, with easy access to over 500 miles of nearby trails and outdoor recreation year-round due to its mild climate. Prescott is also a hub for hiking and mountain biking.

Preston plans to use his Fleet Feet Prescott store to support local races and events and offer services and partnerships with local organizations and medical professionals to help customers with foot pain find solutions through correct footwear.
