Filson will open its third U.S. retail location on Saturday, Nov. 15 in Portland, Oregon's vibrant Pearl District. The 2,400 square-foot space in the historic Confectionery Building joins Filson’s first store in Seattle, where the company was founded, and a store in downtown Denver.

Ten percent of proceeds on opening day will go to Water Watch of Oregon (www.waterwatch.org), which protects and restores natural streamflows in Oregon rivers. In addition, Filson is working with the local chapters of Ducks Unlimited and the Audubon Society of Portland.

Products include: outerwear, hunting and fishing lines, sweaters, shirts, pants, base layers, footwear, luggage, Filson dog, Filson home and accessories. Many of the pieces have been in the line since the company’s founding over 111 years ago.

Filson’s Portland store will also feature custom quality furniture, cabinetry and store fixtures, designed and produced by Mt. Jefferson Furniture Company, based in Salem, OR. Mt. Jefferson Furniture Co. also designed furniture and fixtures for Filson’s Seattle and Denver stores.  The furniture is available for sale in the Portland store.
