Factory Design Labs, the Denver-based urban design collective with a focus on lifestyle industries – specifically action sports, entertainment and automotive – announced today the promotion of six current employees and the addition of three new team members.

The Creative Department announced the promotion of three staff members. Ross Maupin has been promoted from Senior Art Director to Associate Creative Director, Amy Kitt has moved from Art Director to Senior Art Director and Mike Scarano has been promoted from Junior Art Director to Art Director. Additionally, Kyle Bernhardt has joined Factory's creative team as a Studio Artist.

In Account Services, Bree Rossi has been promoted from Interactive Account Manager to Account Director for Audi of America and Andrea Rieck has joined Factory and the Audi team as Account Manager. Factory's Marketing Coordinator, Meghan Campbell, has been promoted to Account Coordinator.

The IT Department has doubled in size with the addition of Dennis Niedfeldt. Dennis brings with him much needed internal technical support to Factory in his role as an IT Support/Help Desk Specialist. Meanwhile, System Administrator, Matt Todd, was promoted to Director of Information Technology.

All new positions are effective immediately with the goal of providing clients a continually larger spectrum of integrated marketing solutions.
