Fox Racing, Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Operations Administrator. Fox has been a global leader in performance action sports apparel since 1974. In this important role, you will be responsible for providing daily administrative support for the Director of Sales, and Vice President of Sales. As the primary administrative lead for the sales organization, you will coordinate sales administration with the Inside Sales Administrator and coordinate activity of the outside sales organization with the inside sales effort. The successful candidate must possess strong organizational skills, be comfortable with multiple projects and priorities, and provide strong communication to all levels of the company. This person must undertake special projects for the department and the field sales organization with minimal supervision.

Essential Job Functions/Expectations:

  • Provide essential administrative support for Director of Sales as required
  • Provide phone support for Director of Sales
  • Compile sales rep revenue forecasts and consolidate into spreadsheet reports
  • Coordinate database mail campaigns for field reps with IT department
  • Coordinate regional trade shows with Dealer Marketing department
  • Coordinate regional product seminars with Field and Technical Sales Reps
  • Coordinate training for sales department new hires
  • Provide customer service for sales rep territories when required
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for the sales department
  • Provide monthly report summarizing quota activity for assigned sales reps
  • Generate/distribute various sales reports and communication on a
    daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Initiate process improvement projects on as-required basis to increase efficiency
  • Communicate daily with other departments to facilitate the sales support function
  • Set up sales conference calls when required
  • Answer customer / rep calls when required
  • Compose interoffice and customer correspondence independently
  • Coordinate set up of new sales rep (customer files, samples, territory maps, etc)
  • Manage administration of personnel matters related to department
  • Attend all department and company meetings (some travel required)
  • Attend training sessions as required
  • Cross-train in all sales administrator job functions
  • Undertake special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree preferred, Associate in Arts Degree required
  • 5-7 years business environment experience
  • Experience in sales department required, direct sales experience helpful
  • Experienced user of Windows, Word, Excel, Internet and PowerPoint
