The Giant Group reported monthly revenues for June 2024 maintained their negative trend but improved again from the Q1 trend, declining 7.5 percent to NT$7.09 billion. This represents a continuation of an improving manufacturing picture compared to the start of the year.

Second-quarter revenues were down 5.6 percent to NT$21.17 billion, with May sales down 7.1 percent and April sales down just 1.8 percent—a clear improvement from the 20.3 percent sales decline in the first quarter of this year and the 16.0 percent decline in the second quarter of last year.

The trend should continue to improve as the company comps against some of the toughest months for the cycling industry last year when sales fell nearly 27 percent in the second half of the year.
