Seattle-based Evolución Innovations, Inc., the outdoor and action sports website  doing business as evo.com, plans to celebrate its 10th anniversary with an industry party in Seattle. Sponsors of the event will include The North Face, Ride, Oakley, Bonfire, GORE-TEX, K2 Skis, Nike Snowboarding, Smith, Burton, Orage, Salomon Freeski, Armada and others.

Evo said it has succeeded by offering competitive price match guarantee and the super closeouts online in a bid to reduce the financial barriers associated with skiing, snowboarding, skateboarding or wakeboarding activities. Evo noted that is has been honored with awards including Skiing Business’ “Top Website (2011),” Inc Magazine’s “500 Fastest Growing Companies (2007/2008),” and Wake Awards “Break Out Shop of the Year,” among others.

Evo's 10th anniversary event will be held in the recently renovated Fremont Collective, one of many restoration projects founder Bryce Phillips has undertaken in part through his growing real estate venture.
The event will feature Evo’s second annual winter outerwear fashion show, USNAPS Photobooth, silent auction, gift bags, and a special musical guest. Benefits from this years event will be offered to The Service Board, a youth focused non-profit that engages kids through skateboard and snowboard mentorships. Past events have included artists such as Common Market, Snow Patrol and emcee Talib Kweli, who closed out the first anniversary of its retail store in Seattle.
