EB Brands Holdings Inc. has hired a corporate CFO and a senior vice president of sales for its fitness division, which specializes in making accessories under the Bally, Everlast, Valeo and Sportline brands.

Cosmo La Forgia, whose track record includes corporate and divisional unit finance and accounting for top organizations in the consumer retail industry, is now Chief Financial Officer of EB Brands Holdings. David Gibbons, who has held sales and marketing leadership positions for many well-known sports and outdoor brands, is now Senior Vice President of Sales for EB Brands fitness division.

La Forgia comes to EB Brands from Ashley Stewart, where he was the Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer. He has more than 27 years of experience in financial planning and accounting, which includes designing and organizing financial reports, implementing procedures, cash management and building finance and accounting teams for top companies like The Vitamin Shoppe, The Home Depot USA and Barnes & Noble Booksellers.

Most recently, Gibbons served as VP of Sales and Customer Marketing for Omron Healthcare. He brings a wealth of sales, marketing and general management experience in consumer products across multiple domestic and international trade channels. Prior to arriving at EB Brands, Gibbons led teams at Wilson Sporting Goods, MacGregor Golf and Johnson Outdoors.  Gibbons has led teams that have delivered profitable sales growth through creating and executing winning commercial strategies and launching new products.

Davids extensive experience in sports and fitness products and his enthusiasm for our industry is a huge asset for EB Brands fitness division, said Tricia Norton, President of EB Brands Fitness Division. Were looking forward to having him bring his sales and marketing experience to our growing team.

Both La Forgia and Gibbons started in September.
