Wolverine Worldwide appointed Roxane Divol to the company’s Board of Directors. Divol, 42, is the senior vice president of Alliances for Symantec Corporation, one of the world’s largest software companies that specializes in personal and organizational security, storage and availability solutions. Prior to joining Symantec, Ms. Divol was a partner in the San Francisco office of McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm.

In 2013, Divol was named one of the “Most Influential Women in Business” by the San Francisco Business Times. She currently serves on the Board for the Global Fund for Women, as well as the Board for Lycée Français de San Francisco.

Divol received a Masters of Business Administration from INSEAD with distinction, and a Masters in Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique, a leading engineering school and military academy in France.
