Early Rider Ltd. appointed James Beechinor-Collins as president, effective immediately. He will spearhead the company’s U.S. growth strategy and drive innovation in the ride-on, balance bike and kid’s bike markets.
Beechinor-Collins reportedly brings over two decades of experience in strategic communications and digital marketing, having previously held leadership roles at PR and marketing agencies in the U.S. The company said “his expertise in brand development and market expansion are expected to be instrumental in propelling Early Rider to new heights.”
“We are thrilled to welcome James as our new president,” said Andy Loveland, CEO of Early Rider. “His proven leadership and passion for innovation make him the perfect fit to lead Early Rider’s next phase of U.S. growth. Following the successful launch of our new Velio range in 2023, the timing is perfect to build on Velio’s momentum and take Early Rider to a whole new generation of future bike riders.”
“I am excited to join the Early Rider team and lead our U.S. business through its next chapter,” offered Beechinor-Collins. “The Velio has already had an incredible reception in the United States, and we are eager to double down on that and continue to accelerate growth here.”
Beechinor-Collins wrote on his LinkedIn profile: “We believe life is an adventure, and we fuel kids with curiosity, courage and adaptability. We do this by teaching them balance, control and confidence through ground-breaking technologies such as Active Balance Control on Velio, optimal geometry and riding position on our balance bikes and mixing strength and lightweight materials on our pedal bikes.”
