Duluth Holdings Inc., which raised about $86 million in an initial public offering last fall, opened its eleventh store nationwide and its first in Nebraska Thursday in the city of Omaha.
The 11,000-square-foot Duluth Trading store at 151 N. 78th St. offers a selection of men’s and women’s casual apparel, workwear and accessories.
“We have a very strong and loyal customer base in Omaha and are excited to open our 11th retail store to serve this community,” said Stephanie Pugliese, Chief Executive Officer of Duluth Holdings, which does business as Duluth Trading. “Retail store expansion is a key component of our growth strategy. By opening new stores, we provide an enhanced experience for our existing customers and raise our brand visibility with new customers. We are delighted that the people of Omaha and surrounding communities can now experience Duluth’s solution-based apparel and gear in person.”
Bellevile, Wisc.-based Duluth Holdings (NASDAQ:DLTH) sells its products exclusively through its content-rich website, catalogs, and “store like no other” retail locations. The company has made a splash in recent years with a string of pun-laced animated television ads extolling the comfort of its men’s underwear, ruggedness of its pants and “No Bull Guarantee.”
