Duluth Holdings, Inc. (dba, Duluth Trading Company) announced that Francesca M. Edwardson is retiring as a member of the company’s Board of Directors. She reportedly informed the company of her decision not to stand for re-election at the company’s 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
Edwardson has served as a member of the Duluth Board of Directors since September 2015 and on the company’s advisory board since July 2015. She will continue to serve as a member of the Board of Directors until the close of its 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.

Schlecht, chairman of Duluth Holdings, Inc. “Her extensive business acumen and expertise in corporate governance have been invaluable to our company and its leadership team.
