Drift added Marc Oste and Kristi Anderson to its Drift Americas team. Oste will specialize in customer service, tech support and special events coordination. Anderson will be the business development and e-commerce manager.

Both are based out of the new Vail, Colo. offices that were recently established to accommodate the growing brand.

“Drift Americas is thrilled to have found such experienced, intelligent, and quality individuals to join our growing team in Vail,” said John Rounds, director of sales and marketing in the Americas. “Marc and Kristi are innovative thinkers who possess a passion for action sports, making them a great fit for our brand. We are glad to have them on board.”

Oste is a recent graduate of State University of New York College (SUNY) at Oneonta where he earned a degree in Mass Communications. He is looking forward to putting his degree into practice by providing world-class customer service for Drift's customers. Marc also earned a Minor in Film Production. Marc’s extensive knowledge and practice with photography and videography will make him an asset to the Drift customer service team.

“I am stoked to be on board with such an awesome team and a growing brand within the action sports technology industry,” Oste said. “Drift offers such a great POV camera. Before I started working here, I was using the camera in various projects on a daily basis. My familiarity with Drift products is a great advantage as I help customers learn and understand more through our new customer service website.”

Anderson will be the point person for Drift's new B2C e-commerce store, which is slated to launch on Oct. 15. She has several years of business development experience, a keen eye for design, and solid Magento skills, making her adept at brand building. She gained experience in e-commerce integration, technology, and management through her tenures as project manager for Orange Collar Media, Pike Research, and AppleOne over the past several years.

“I am so excited to be joining Drift Innovation for the launch of the new e-commerce store,” said Kristi. “Our customers are really looking for a consumer-focused e-commerce site to connect to when they are seeking Drift products. With an ever-evolving product line, they can anticipate that we have a lot of exciting things coming down the pipeline that will now be easily accessible through this streamlined B2C site.”
