Deckers Brands appointed Stefano Caroti as omni-channel president, effective Nov. 2.
In this role, Caroti will oversee all aspects of the company's omni-channel operations for all brands and report directly to Dave Powers, president of Deckers Brands.

Prior to joining Deckers, Caroti spent 23 years at Nike, serving in multiple leaderships roles, including vice president and general manager, footwear of Nike's EMEA region before being promoted to vice president and general manager, EMEA Commerce where he headed up the EMEA sales and retail divisions with revenues of $5 billion. Caroti most recently served as chief commercial officer at Puma where he managed the global wholesale, Retail and e-commerce divisions and the brand's five geographic operating regions, encompassing €3 billion in revenue. While there, he built the leadership team, successfully expanded the brand's global presence and delivered the highest order book growth in six years.
Deckers Brands' portfolio of brands includes Ugg, Teva, Sanuk, Ahnu, Hoka One One and Koolaburra.
