Darn Tough Vermont, an American manufacturer of performance outdoor and lifestyle socks, welcomed nearly 30-year industry vet John “JT” Thoubboron to the team as the new director of customer service.

From Northfield, VT, Thoubboron will oversee the recruitment, training and daily operations of the customer service team while identifying and implementing best practices to continually improve the brand’s best-in-class service before, during and after a purchase.
