Cutter & Buck signed a three-year licensing agreement with Pukka Headwear. The Cutter & Buck Headwear Collection will include styles for men and women and will be sold through a select number of promotional products distributors beginning late Fall 2006.
“Cutter & Buck is extremely excited to be partnering with Pukka Headwear Inc., to create the Cutter & Buck Headwear Collection,” said Joel Freet, manager of international and domestic licensing for Cutter & Buck. “Pukkas design integrity, quality and ability to customize headwear on a very short timeline will be an enormous asset to our brands support of the Cutter & Buck customer and mirrors our product philosophy.”
The Cutter & Buck Headwear Collection will debut in November 2006 with an in-stock inventory of basic caps with an adjustable metal slide closure. The initial offering will consist of five color options including Red, White, Navy, Black and Stone.
The name Pukka means “genuine, authentic, superior, first class”. A designer and manufacturer of custom headwear, the company offers a unique blend of quality products and services to the golf industry. Based out of Findlay, Ohio, Pukka is a division of FDI, a privately owned, father-and-son founded business. Since 1992, FDI has supplied some of the most well known and highly respected fashion retail and wholesale organizations in the apparel and accessories industry.
