At its annual meeting, shareholders of Cutter & Buck Inc. elected the company's board of electors with six incumbents, Douglas G. Southern, Ernest R. Johnson, Henry L. (Skip) Kotkins, Larry C. Mounger, Whitney R. Tilson, James C. Towne, welcoming new member Thomas F. O'Riordan aboard. O'Riordan has a wealth of experience in branded apparel, including previous service in various executive capacities at Fila Holding Company and Adidas America. He is currently a consultant with Sports Brands International, a privately held manufacturer and retailer of branded footwear, apparel and accessories.
