Crocs, Inc. and Jibbitz, LLC ahve entered entered into a licensing agreement with Warner Bros. Consumer Products on behalf of Looney Tunes, Hanna-Barbera, and Scooby-Doo for use with their footwear and shoe charms. The new Crocs footwear designs will feature classic characters including Bugs Bunny, Tweety, The Flintstones, The Jetsons, Scooby-Doo, and many others.

Recently Crocs, Inc. and Jibbitz, LLC also were awarded a license to produce merchandise based on DC Comics' characters BATMAN and SUPERMAN. Jibbitz, LLC products will be available in early summer with other Crocs, Inc. products to follow in 2007.
