Crocs promoted Shannon Sisler to executive vice president and chief people officer, Dan Marques to senior vice president, global digital commerce, and Frank Smigelski to senior vice president, distribution and logistics.

The promotions follow Crocs’ recent acquisition of the Hey Dude brand and announced ambitions to expand the company into a $1 billion brand by 2024.

  • Sisler joined Crocs in 2017 and had led the transformation of its people function, which has resulted in top decile engagement levels and recognition as an employer of choice. In her new role, she’ll continue to support the expansion of the Crocs and Hey Dude global workforce.
  • Marques joined Crocs in 2020 in a leadership position in its global digital commercial division. In addition to overseeing global digital commerce, he assumes expanded responsibility for the Hey Dude business.
  • Smigelski joined Crocs in 2021. Crocs said he has “demonstrated expertise across several facets of its distribution and logistics network while navigating the complexities of the supply chain through the volatility and disruption.” He will also over Hey Dude’s distribution and logistics in his new role.
