Cramer Products, Inc. has acquired Active Ankle Systems, Inc. Active Ankle is a manufacturer of ankle braces used by professional and amateur athletes. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Active Ankle has an excellent reputation and we are thrilled with this deal and with the opportunity to manufacture Active Ankle products under the Cramer umbrella,” said Cramer Products President and CEO Tom Rogge.

Active Ankle is the official ankle support supplier and sponsor of USA Volleyball. Cramer Products, the sports medicine company, is celebrating its 90th anniversary this year.
