Confluence Watersports welcomes Kaustubh Deshpande as the new vice president and chief financial operator for the multi-brand paddlesports company. Kaustubh will lead the finance and accounting departments.

He will lead the team effort of maintaining and increasing our fiscal strength to enhance the future for our brands and continued success for our dealer partners.”


Due to his extensive experience in many aspects of operations, Kaustubh brings a comprehensive view of financial leadership. His command of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and track record of successful implementations in complex manufacturing environments will be critical in helping Confluence build and maintain the supporting infrastructure necessary to continue its growth and maintain its position as a market leader.


Kaustubh spent 10 years with Piper Aircraft, most recently as the senior director of financial planning and corporate treasurer. Prior to that, he worked with the consulting firm, ISI, and TATA Iron and Steel Company. He and his family will relocate to Greenville, S.C. this summer.
