Coghlan’s, Ltd., the maker of camping accessories, announced the acquisition of Fozzils, the maker of the Snapfold line of flat-pack outdoor cookware products.
Terms were not disclosed.
“Their reputation for innovative design and practicality perfectly aligns with Coghlan’s mission to enhance outdoor experiences with functional and reliable products,” said company President, Jeffrey Stevens, based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. “This acquisition allows us to integrate Fozzils’ unique product line into our extensive range of outdoor gear, offering our customers even more options that cater to their adventurous lifestyles.”

The integration of Fozzils’ products into Coghlan’s lineup will begin immediately, with plans to introduce Coghlan’s branded products by Fall 2024.
