Cliff Keen Athletic has entered into a marketing and athlete endorsement deal with United States Men’s 130 KG Greco Roman and 125 KG Freestyle Wrestler Adam Coon.

Coon joins Cliff Keen after his impressive performance at the recent U.S. World Team Trials and Final X, where he captured first place in Greco Roman, defeating 2016 Olympian Robby Smith. Coon took 2nd at Final X, the 125KG Freestyle finals, narrowly missing victory to Nick Gwiazdowski. A two-time NCAA Heavyweight runner up, the Fowlerville, MI, native will travel extensively this year, competing at the UWW (United World Wrestling) World Championships in Budapest, Hungary.

“Adam is an exceptional talent. He’s a fierce competitor, and of course, one of the smartest and strongest wrestlers on the planet. Off the mat, Adam’s intelligence has been on display with his education at the University of Michigan, studying Aerospace Engineering. He’s a great role model and a tremendous human being. We are very excited to have Adam on Team Cliff Keen,” said Tom Keen, president of Cliff Keen Athletic.

Training with the Cliff Keen Wrestling Club at the Michigan RTC in Ann Arbor, Coon will be a prominent fixture in Cliff Keen’s brand marketing and advertising to the Wrestling market.

A long-time supporter of Amateur Wrestling of all disciplines, Cliff Keen Athletic is the World’s leader in wrestling uniforms, equipment and training apparel.
