CamelBak Products has promoted three key executives to new roles with promotions for Mac Tillman, Jonathan Austen and Shawn Cullen, the first two in the companys Recreation Division and the third on the companys Government, Military, Industrial (GMI) Division.
Tillman was promoted to Vice President of Marketing and Product Management from his former position as Director of Product Marketing. He will now oversee the development, introduction and marketing of recreation products, including responsibility for all strategic planning and market research. Prior to joining CamelBak ten months ago, Tillman managed the global marketing team at Timberland.
Austen, who joined CamelBak in March after working with Pearl Izumi and The North Face, has been promoted to Director of Product Management from his former role as Category Manager. He now is responsible for developing products for CamelBaks cycling, outdoor, running and winter lines.
Cullen becomes Director of Product Management after three years as product manager for GMI. Previously, Cullen served as a Product Manager for Synaptics and spent eleven years of active duty with the U.S. Navy. Cullen will be devoted exclusively to developing products and product lines for military, special operations and law enforcement communities.
CamelBak also announced that its Vice President of Marketing, Jennifer Olsen, has taken a new role at Gap Inc., where she had worked for four years prior to joining CamelBak.
