BSN Sports, a division of Varsity Brands, announced that it has acquired I.D. Clothing Company (dba Team Gear) based in Whippany, NJ, supported by its in-house decoration and customization facilities.
Through this acquisition, the Team Gear leadership and its sales and support teams join BSN Sports. The Team Gear office will transition into a regional sales office, expanding BSN Sports’ nationwide network of locally based sales and service teams. Team Gear’s decoration operations will remain under current ownership while joining BSN Sports’ third-party decoration system.
